People with oily skin will have it throughout the body. The same allergies and irritants the affect the face also affects the skin on the rest of the body. Thus, acne can erupt from any part of the body. Since the causes are similar, the treatments are similar also. However, chest acne, which occurs on more robust chest skin, can withstand more potent treatment.
