Turning around

I remember the time when my mom suddenly slipped and fell down on o broken stair at her apartment. She had to be rushed to the hospital and casted, she had fractured her right arm due to the fall. That broken stair towards her apartment was supposedly fixed by the owners a few weeks ago, but was delayed with unknown reasons.
As advised by a friend, we contacted a personal injury lawyer, to handle our claims. Due to her fractured right arm, she cannot perform some of her day-to-day activities. And aside from that, we had to pay for doctor’s fee and other hospitalization expenses, and there were medicine and pain-killers to be bought. Our friend referred to us a law office that specialized in personal injury cases, such as falls and slips, and the personal injury attorney that we talked to, helped us in every step of the way. She was experienced and was able to get my mom a settlement that was more than enough to cover her medical and personal expenses. Who would have thought that an unfortunate event such as this, could turn around.

Slippery When Wet

Rainy days makes me worried about my kids. Those water makes my outside flooring slippery that may cause accident for my kids who always having fun while playing under the rain. The floor is made of finished cement and I am planning to replace ceramic tiles because this kind of tile has a rough surface to prevent any harm for them.Likewise,it will enhance the beauty of our house.

Spending time together

My husband and I were looking for a great way to spend the week, since the kids were going to visit their grandparents for the summer, it will only be the two of us at home. With just the two of us at home, it will be the perfect opportunity for us to spend some quality time together.
However, there were so many great things that we can do, like watching concerts, opera and such. My husband was suggesting getting Kentucky Derby Tickets, but I wasn’t really into derby and never appreciated it, I on the other hand suggested getting Metropolitan Opera House Tickets, and watch a broadway musical, which my husband strongly disagreed to, he said that opera makes him sleepy. And the only thing that we both agreed on was getting a BOARDWALK HALL TICKETS, for a Carrie Underwood concert. After settling the ticket reservations, we couldn’t wait to finally spend time together.
