Not for display only
Ever since I could remember, I had this great passion for toy models of cars, trucks, trains, rockets, and such. It started with a few matchboxes when I was five, and then slowly became a collection. However, my desire and passion of collecting toy cars grew further, I was no longer satisfied with still models, so I my parents got me my first ever Remote control trucks, that I enjoyed racing with the other kids in the neighborhood.
Now that I am in my early 30’s, I still have that same burning passion for toy models, I even have a huge collection of monster trucks by Cen Racing. In addition to my collection of cars and other land vehicles, I’m also into collecting toy rockets, I specifically like Estes Rockets, they are known to make quality, durable and more importantly, safe toy rockets. Although I spend hundreds of dollars for my collection, they are not for display only. During weekends, my nephews and I would spend hours at the park or at the backyard, launching rockets, racing with remote control trucks, or playing with monster trucks.

Have you ever tried to dress up extraordinarily and walk along the school vicinity alone? For sure you’ll capture everyone’s attention. They will stare at you as if you’ve done something wrong. Well, this is a common experience a “fashionist” encounters everytime she saunters to make a distinctive move.
Nowadays, people, especially teenage girls, are very much fascinated with fashion. You will see them everywhere, like in a mall or dress shop in particular. They are also hooked with new fashion trends dresses, hairs, shoes, as well as accessories. They wanted to get the latest release styles of clothing for women. Also, they wait for a grand sale on designers clothing like those that are made by their favorite designer.
I can say that fashion is an unstopable addiction of people in all ages that do take part in our daily lives. That is why the ready-to-wear industry has boosted due to introduction of upgraded methods of production and designs of garments that are used to make clothes.

Our boss was planning to open up another branch of his restaurant at the next city. He and his business advisers have already found the perfect location for the branch; it was right in front of a park and bus stop. It was a good choice to attract potential customers waiting for the bus stop and people at the park.
The preparations for the building construction was about to be done, with only paint jobs and few finishing touches. The main problem that my boss was encountering is how to recruit and hire employees as soon as possible. A friend suggested an integrated front office, that will provide us with the recruitment software and applicant tracking software, that will make communication and collaboration with contacts, candidates, colleagues and clients easy thorough the use of the internet, combining all of the applications we needed in just one Our boss was able to match the job orders against available candidates through a synchronized sales and recruitment teams. And before the new branch was to be opened, our boss has filled up all the positions essential for its smooth operation.

Entering the world of business is not a joke. There are lots of things we must consider and there are lots of things too we must learn first. A friend of mine asked me before to become his business partner and I thought about it several times before I agreed to him. I am not a business management graduate but he is. I learned many things from him and I can even start my own business from the things I learned from him and with the things I have experienced in our business.
Basically the business we started is set to meet our financial goals. We want to earn more because we both have ambitions and it is to become wealthy someday. We can start stepping on the first step of our ladder to richness if we can achieve financial goals. My friend shared to me his personal financial software which have been very helpful to me. I am very thankful that even though I started a business without any background from it, I am proud to say that I am a very knowledgeable in the world of business now.
